This very special Syrah has a deep dark red colour. Has a full body, excellent aftertaste and aromas of dried fruit and forest fruit. It is left to mature in new, small, oak barrels and then stored in the Simeonidis cellar for 2 years. Best served at 17˚C in a big open tulip glass. Pairs excellently with roasted meats and spicy sausages.
