This varietal indigenous to Greece produces a wine with a yellow/green colour, crystal clarity and straw sheens. It possesses strong flavors of lemon, apple, pear, citrus and peach. Best served at 8˚C in a tall glass. It pairs perfectly with shellfish, fish and meat in a creamy sauce.
